| Q1. What is inverter? | ||
Inverter is a electrical device which converts one form of current to other so that we can either store the current in battery or supply the current from the battery to the electrical devices like fans, tube lights, CFL bulbs, bulbs, TV

| Q2. How to choose the inverter? | ||
Check the VA rating of the inverter and maximum watts that can be connected using the inverter. Then check the total watts of the devices connected. If the lotal watts of the connected load is less than the watts supported by the inverter then you have choosen the inverter. Eg. Total load of 2 Fans & 2 TubeLights = 2x60 + 2x40 = 120 + 80 = 200 Watts Inverter with 300 Watts maximum load can be used for this purpose.See inverter selection section for more details.

| Q3. What are the approx watts of devices ? | ||
These are approx rating. Please refer your manual from the manufacturer to exact rating 1 Fan = 60 Watts

| Q4. How to select the battery? | ||
AH rating determines the capacity of the battery. Based on the backup time required the battery capacity and number is determined. See the load chart in the inverter manual for approx backup time for some common batteries. See battery selection for more details.

| Q5. Which battery can be used for inverter application? | ||
Industrial batteries are recommended for inverter application. When the powercut is very long, then tubular batteries are recommended due to the deep discharge support feature to these batteries.

| Q6. How often do i need to maintain industrial batteries ? | ||
It is recommended that Exide InvaQueen batteries can be maintained every 3 months* frequency. Tubular batteries can be maintained every 6 months frequeny

| Q7. Can i add distilled water on my own? | ||
It is recommended that you consult a authorized battery service centre for first few maintenance. Then when you are confident, chenck the level indiator and add the distilled water that you have obtained from the nearest petrol bunk or battery service station under the supervision of authorized sevice person. Donot handle acids and keep the batteries away from the reach of children

| Q8. what is the advantage of doing separate wiring? | ||
| This helps in isolating the devices so that the inverter is not overloaded. It is recommended to do a seperate wiring to solve longterm problems. |
